I want to say hello, and let you know that at least one other person registered on these boards is looking for e-buddies (but not lovers)!

Although I am HIV-neg., I lived with a lover who was HIV+ for 16 years. We met in a straight bar when he was 21 years old--- but I won't go into detail here-- not in an introductory post.

Like you, I am also interested in film--

Most of the real film-buffs whom I communicate with on the web, are folks I've met at IMDb's boards.

I have about 5,000 titles in my film library, most of them are pre-1970, with the bulk (80%) of my titles being from 1930-1960. Film interests include film-noir, B-movies of all genres, and many foreign films, as well-- I know most people are put off by sub-titles (they can't or won't read), and like true children of commercial TV, they are also adverse to Black & White.

....if they only knew what they're missing.
